Party Definition

Party Definition is a central database of all the Parties with which your organization interacts within your normal course of business. A Party can be a customer, a supplier, a dealer, a vendor, a transporter or an agent. One Party can have multiple references, i.e. a Party can be your Supplier as well as Customer.
You can define or add a Party at any time.
This definition provides easy access to information on Parties with which the organization is dealing or may deal in future. This serves the purpose of an address book where you can maintain the addresses and contact numbers of the Parties for future reference. Party is an external entity, with which an organization deals.
